What regions do you deliver to?

We deliver across the European Union, the United Kingdom, and select markets in North Africa and the Middle East. Delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DAP. For specific destinations not listed, please contact our logistics team to discuss availability and lead times.

What is the typical lead time for orders?

Lead times depend on product type, quantity, and current stock levels. Standard products available in our warehouse can be dispatched within 3–5 business days. Mill orders for custom specifications or large volumes typically require 4–8 weeks. Our sales team will provide an accurate delivery schedule with every quotation.

Do you provide mill test certificates?

Yes, every shipment is accompanied by mill test certificates in accordance with EN 10204 3.1. These certificates confirm the chemical composition, mechanical properties, and dimensional tolerances of the supplied material. Third-party inspection certificates can also be arranged upon request.

What are your payment terms?

We offer flexible payment terms tailored to each client. Standard options include advance payment, letter of credit (L/C), and documentary collection (D/P). For established clients with a proven track record, we may offer open account terms with net 30 or net 60 day payment periods.
